Chobe to Okavango Delta (12 days)

Guests will be met at Kasane International Airport, depending on their arrival time may have the opportunity to do one activity in Chobe River front. Overnight in Chobe.

The following day we travel to Ihaha Hills, this will be a full days travel, doing game viewing and bird spotting along the way.

We will camp to 2 nights in Ihaha before our team breaks camp and we move on to Savuti. The camp team will have everything ready on arrival in Savuti. In Savuti we will explore bird watching and game viewing.

The camp team will break camp on our last day in Savuti and travel to the Moremi area to set up in preparation for our arrival.

On the last day in Moremi the camp team will again break camp and move to the Khawi area in preparation of our arrival. We will follow while game viewing and bird watching. You will also have the opportunity to take some photos.

Camp the final 3 nights in Khwai, from here we travel to Maun where guests will depart from the Maun International Airport.

What To Bring...

Casual, comfortable clothing is suitable throughout the year. Layers of clothing are most practical for the fluctuating day/night temperatures of Botswana.

The most practical items to pack are:
  • Long sleeves, long trousers and closed shoes, very important for nature walks
  • Light clothing is preferable during the day especially during the summer months; e.g. t-shirts, shorts
  • Light, compact raincoat is a good idea for the summer
  • Fleece or sweater and a warm jacket due to colder nights during the winter season
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Natural, earthy or khaki toned clothes are preferable (brightly-coloured clothes should be avoided to prevent any undue attention from wild animals)

    • Also bring:

  • Sun block, lip balm, sunglasses, hat, swimsuit
  • Insect repellent
  • Still Camera, Video Camera & Binoculars
  • South African plug adaptor

    • Booking Procedure

  • All bookings for Natures's Leadership should be made in writing by e-mail
  • Telephone bookings should be followed up immediately with a written confirmation.
  • All bookings are held on a provisional basis until the required deposit has been received.
  • A non-refundable deposit should be paid within 14 days of making the reservation.

    • Payment.

    • We do not have credit card facilities, so we rely on bank transfers into our account.

    Deposit..

    • 25% non-refundable deposit required immediately
    • Balance of payments should be received by us not later than 3 months prior to arrival date.

    Cancellation Policy

      Please note that all cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Within three months of arrival: 25% of total cost
    • Within two months of arrival: 50% of total cost
    • Within one month of arrival: no refund!
